Plarium's community managers are much better and care more about the player base.
I was (well, still am apparently even though I resigned 2+ months ago) one of their reddit moderators. It's not start and forget like CB either. The Endless Trials are so boring and tedious - every two days you have to spend 30-60 minutes clicking through content you know you can complete. The bounty system is just mindless clicking. The gear upgrade materials are insanely rare. The gear upgrade interface at first you think it does a bunch of stuff Raid does not (and should) do, but then you discover a different set of problems. I felt like I traded one set of problems for different ones. It has its own set of annoying issues that are just as bad. TLDR: ACE is a fine game but it's not a magical place that is better than RAID.
